my commissions are always open
however this mans I always have a queue, I try to get 2 to 3 commissions done in a work week! with having Friday to monday off, but depending on the commission could take me longer to do.so please be patient with me!

1. is it okay if I pay half now and rest later when I have the rest?
yes! however ill only go as far as sketch and will be put off until the full payment comes in !
2. I love your work! but I wanna have done at a certain time for a project ! or a gift
I can make some commissions before date or set time, since I get that some times you would like my art to be gift or a project but I would need at least few weeks notice so I can plan around that date! to keep my overall vibe.
3. can I use your art in commercial use?
unless I'm part of the overall project then it will be a no
4. can I use your work in twitch/YouTube?
as long as I get proper credit and it should be fine!
5. can you draw this "oc" in nsfw way?
I can draw nsfw, but if I would need permission from the original maker of the character. if that's something they would be comfortable with!

I request upfront payment, that way I cant ben taken advantage, cant do refunds since the money does go right to projects and bills but if a situation persists, they will be compensated.
you cant not use my art in commercial use or post any where with out credit @akabilliee, it should only be used for personal use!
➤ I always take payment first, since this is some thing I do casually. I do not start the sketch without form of payment, it has happened in the past that people have taken the sketch never payed. The most compromise I will do on this is a 50/50 of a payment.
➤ serious commissions only, meaning don’t DM me with wanting art done and or telling me about the commission, to come the point of payment to only ghost me or never following through with payment. wastes my time and yours.
➤ art isn’t only thing I do, I have a job and schooling and overall social life I attend to. i’m very laid-back when it comes to art. Although that might be my own flaws with people who commission. Since I’m often forgetful, I get pretty busy with my every day life. being sociable. It’s a whole reason why I don’t really have list of things to do. I do them when I can. But I will say if you have a date you want art done by I’ll make room to have to done by that day.
➤ please have clear references, I must be able to see colours of character. And I would need fully body reference and close up to the face. if I’m not given good references, like the color is off or I draw them different. Don’t get after me for these things. Also I WILL NOT accept photo references as in you want me design the character based off things you found off google. you must already have the design ready. I will also not take written word descriptions of the character. I can’t read that well, and everything I have written above makes my job hell of lot harder to do. just be ready with what you want done.
